Came in from out of town, staying on vacation in Chelan, had a string break on my guitar while I was recording and ended up taking both of my 7 strings in for some attention. They gave me a Floyd Rose setup and fretboard treatment while I was sitting in the room playing music, and I’ve never had a turnaround that fast on a setup of an instrument. Not only that, but they helped me build two sets of strings that were right for what I was after & didn’t do anything without asking me first. They kept my Evertune to take care of some extra stuff that was going on and charged me a great price. Would recommend to anyone, local or passing through. I’d definitely use them again. Not to mention they had a good selection of extended range guitars which I hardly see anywhere, let alone ‘not a big-name store’.

Fun group of people to deal with. Had what I wanted and helpful with questions. I can’t say enough good things. Person to person dealing especially when it comes to expensive musical gear is far better than the internet. This is a great music shop and we’re lucky to have then around.

Great music store with a large collection of guitars and an assortment of other instruments. Bought an acoustic guitar here a couple years ago as they had exactly what I was looking for.
