The mosquitoes are absolutely horrible down st the parks on the river. How do we talk to on how to fix this issue

No one is doing any spraying right now as they have to let the waters go down enough to be able to spray to kill the larvae.They are bad everywhere this year.

The mosquitoes are absolutely horrible down here at Walla Walla Point Park. This is the worst I'veeverseenin 20 plus years! Who do we talk to about this problem?
