The bad reviews are obviously from people whove had their car re poed...( Or towed where they weren't supposed to be anyway). Shannon Towing has been the only tow company immediately taking the job with no problem( I've had to use them three times)and I'm impressed with their ability to just show up quickly and get the car delivered. Very trustworthy! Thank you to those out of the Lynwood location, you guys have helped tremendously!

Needed a flatbed truck to transport a classic car locally. Failed to get callbacks from two other companies on Sunday and again Monday morning, but Shannon took my call, got back to me within a 1/2 hour to make arrangements and had my car moved within two hours. Driver was genial and efficient. Price was very reasonable. Saving their phone# for future Edmonds towing needs.

I contacted my roadside assistance company and they contacted Shannon Towing. I sat in my cold car for over an hour thinking Shannon Towing was on the way to jumpstart my car. Was given an ETA of 90-120mins. And when they never showed I called just to be hung up on!!! I finally got through and the Man said he had no record of that for dispatch. I then called my roadside assistance co. Back and informed them of what was said. Do Not Use Shannon Towing if at all possible. Beyond horrible customer service. And Shannon's towing never contacted my roadside program or myself to inform us they were unable to provide the service requested!!🤦😡 This so called Keyboard Warrior. As for the third party roadside assistance it is a Nationwide reputable company that even sponsored NASCAR. And I did call just to be hung up on twice. And my service request was cancelled BY SHANNON TOWING? Who in turn did not contact myself nor my roadside assistance to inform us of cancellation!!!

WARNING: DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE THE CHOICE!!! Liars and thieves, should be shut down. Did damage to my car while picking it up and said they have pictures that the damage was there before they picked it up but can't share pictures of my own car with me because it was against the law. Again, reread my first sentence. I guarantee they hit my car while picking it up then took pictures IF (BIG IF) there are even any pictures to begin with in the first place, what a crock! Geesh, wonder why the color of the paint on the bumper of my car matches up to your tow trucks? LIARS. Don't believe me just read the other comments. You choose to use them after reading this it's your own fault!
