Went to the 785 Market St Men's Wearhouse yesterday 5/16/21 to look for a black suit. The two sales people ignored me while looking in two sections for a suit. Sizes are randomly placed on the rack. When I walked out neither of the sales associate even bothered to ask if I had needed help. Purchased from other Men's Wearhouse locations with excellent service. Avoid this Men's Wearhouse location if you are serious about getting a suit or need assistance.

I'll make this quick and easy - unlike our experience at this place. Don't go. Even if you have an "appointment" like we did. We had all of our groomsmen fly into town for the fitting, we get to the store and they say they are too busy to take our APPOINTMENT so maybe "some of them could come back another day". No one specific helped us. The appointment moved SLOW. And they wanted us to order a suit we could't even see in person because they didn't have in store to try on. Customer service is NONEXISTENT. We walked a couple of blocks to Indochino to get the service we were looking for.

Nellie helped me find a suit last minute. Did not upsell me and very supportive/patient throughout the process! Would recommend for someone who is a little anxious/not as familiar with dress clothes!

I went yesterday to purchase a couple of sports jackets with my boyfriend. We were helped by Nancy L. She went above and beyond to help us. She provided a level of service you don't often see anymore. She measured him, showed us good options, provided a dress shirt so we could see how they would fit under normal circumstances. She was a wealth of knowledge and was very kind. I'm so glad we went to this location to shop.
