Absolutely the most miserable cleaning experience ever. Please just find a small business owner and desk with them. This is a mess. A tech company with zero ability to connect with customers via telephone. I was erroneous charged for cleaning services that I did not receive, as I didn't use the service for over a year. There is no phone support and they weren't able to find my account via my email address linked to my account.

They show you cleaners to choose from and many look great (positive reviews/many jobs) so you select then. Next get booked with random people with no experience. I rejected 4 people before just canceling. I'll just do it myself.

I worked for homeaglow. They deactivated my account for no reason. I was told that there would be an option to receive my pay in 3-4hrs. I spoke with my client and he said he paid up front. Once I completed my first job, they deactivated my account and told me I could expect my last check in a week. It's been over a month and they keep pushing back the date. This is a scam. I hope I reached you before you wasted your time. I'm reporting them to the labor department.

Not responding to any of my concerns is VERY unprofessional. The customer want us to clean the entire home for 33 bucks. My question is how much are you taking from the worker? Also, you’re taking customers money when they cancel which makes a huge texting battle between the worker and the customer. All in all you’re not being a very good employer when you don’t answer back to the workers needs. What happens when I’m in danger on the job? I have a customer that was harassed by a worker and she’s uncomfortable but can’t cancel due to you locking her in and not answering to get her money back! Something much be done. This is THE WORSE COMPANY!!!!
