I called them at 6:13 p.m. on the 17th They said the wrong number, and then ignored me. I kept calling until 7 p.m. and no one answered my phone at all. I'm on May 7th. They're waiting there when they're not open. When they were open, I immediately bought a bag and a loose coat。But when I asked when the clothes would arrive at my house, I was treated like this. I'm very polite, but my English is not good. The person who answered the phone said I had the wrong number. But I checked my receipt again and I didn't call the wrong number. Is it because I'm Asian? Why is their attitude different when I consume and inquire?
