Worst experience at a grocery store EVER. I don't usually write these, but I had to tell this story. I went to the meat department, rang the bell for assistance, and the worker looked at me and shooed me away. I approached another staff member and they assured me the person in the meat department was on the clock and supposed to assist me. When I walked back over, there was another black women waiting to be helped and the man in the meat department still refused to help us. It wasn't until a white man walked over that he finally left the back. He gave us our meat, but acted like he didn't hear us talking to him the entire time. This not the first time this same employee in the meat department has done something like this. It makes me no longer want to shop at this location.

Lousy deli dept. I came here for a last minute dinner on my way home Friday (03/19/21 7pm) I decided to pick up fried chicken meal. Unfortunately they ran out of the drumsticks. The guy behind the counter offered me a combination of breast and thigh....breast and wing... So I chose thigh and breast. The meal came with two sides, so he packed 4 wedges of potatoes wedges and I selected broccoli salad and he was packing it in a TINY container and I got a wing and a breast. I know it wasn’t an accident he made cause it took him about a minute selecting the pieces. The container for the broccoli looked like a container made for a Barbi doll. I should have gone to Panda Express. I wouldn’t have been lied to and the portion would have been expected. I will NEVER come by here again for anything. I’ll go to Safeway. Better customer service.
