I don't always expect excellent customer service in today's world, but today on the first day of the year 2021 a young Black female employee at STAPLES provided superb customer service to me! Her name is Melissa and because of her I'll always save money when I buy my printer ink. Take heed management and corporate office of Staples, Melissa just secured a forever customer! Celebrate her and give her a raise!

This is the worst staples you can ever go to I live right around the block and every time I come to the printing side so I can send things out it takes for ever when the workers are just standing there especially the girls in the black hair and don’t get me started on the Hispanic lady there I know there is many more professional people that they can hire and yet they don’t bother so disgusted I’ve been coming here my entire life and it was never like this before they need to hire new people

Very unprofessional They very tricky I went to print out a poster and I ask them when is going to be ready so the guy told me now and I’m said ok, when I had to pay they charge me $17 poster and some extra charge express $5 something. They should be inform to the clients if they want right away it will be extra charge than pick up next day. No surprise extras charges at the end.

Great place to shop for hard to find stationary supplies, lines are usually long but it moves fast.
