I just came from Staples and it was horrible. While they ask you if you need help, they do little to actually help you. Maybe it's because I'm black. Even after I told them I am visually impaired, this was only met by deep sighs and teeth sucking. While One customer was having his hand held through his printing process, I couldn't get anyone to help me more than 30 seconds. I guess because that customer was not black no impaired visually. Staples needs to become ADA compliant because they are not. I feel sorry for all other impaired and black people who use their store.

There’s an UPS service in this store, I guess you can return your packages to Amazon
UPS store has business connection with Amazon.com for scanning the barcode-return back label address (free) Staples store connects with ups store for holding the package and pickup the drop off package
