I was tasked with getting a poster printed for work. Corporate sends a PDF..that's much bigger than we needed and no instructions. Jessica was AMAZING!!!!! She literally went above and beyond. She cut and resized for me so it fit. I was originally turned away and told they couldn't resize it. I am extremely appreciative.

The store itself has a great selection but their printing department is subpar to say the least. We were short stickers and needed some in a pinch but I’d rather spend 3 times as much for good quality than the cheap stickers they produce. You can see the font is blurry but when I print elsewhere it’s perfectly visible. You can also see in the photo I posted that some stickers have this odd white border and some do not. That simply means either their staff or machines don’t align the images properly. Considering I simply uploaded my design to the website the fault is on them. I won’t be using them again for printing and wouldn’t recommend any business owner use them either.
