This review is long overdue. I have shopped at this location plenty of times and have always received top tier service. However, my expectations were were way beyond met when I was helped out by Rico. My boss needed to drive from NY to Philly one morning and asked me to get 2 presentations, 35 pgs each, and 10 copies each, printed, covered, with spiral binding. Rico jumped in and got me out of there in 35 mins. I feel he sensed how urgent this was and controlled the moment by assuring me that he would take care of the task right away. It was amazing that during these times where the world seems understaffed, we still have great service like Rico's. He is definitely one to hold onto and take care of at Staples. Ty Rico!

This store is running some kind of equity work program. There is no one on site with any knowledge or interest in the products they sell. The staff is disinterested and it's not the first time I've had a bad experience here. At least the staff is vibrant and diverse.

Lots of selection but the staff here for-real hate their jobs & it shows. Unpleasant.

They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Showed me a sample before printing and he was good in graphic design as well, and helped work my files to fit better. Really happy with the service here.
