I went to this store on 02/05/2022 morning search for a printer. A guy came across to me and ask if need help, I told him I am looking for a printer and asked if the HP 6978 model available in the store, and he searched for it and said yes. I signed up for the Instant Ink later after I got the printer.

I would like to say thanks to Maria, who work in printing department. She was so nice and helpful. I would like to tell her thanks from the bottom of my heart. From the beginning I went to Staples on Ocean Ave and have to put in garbage what they print. Quality was good, but not what i really need. Maria did the best what she can to make me happy with her work. Rita.

Went to buy memory card. Found one. Asked at the cashier help to get it from stock which was locked 🔒. Waited 15 minutes sometime to come and grab it for me. Also needed to print document, nobody cares to help or guide to understand printers 🖨.
