Our favorite restaurant in Stowe. It appears to be quite busy when we go. You can't be wrong if you make a reservation. I would.
It's s very busy place for a reason. Gary is correct, there are a limited number of hibachis so if you want that experience, definitely call. Also if you're going during dinner or a weekend you might want to call ahead to see what the crowd is like. They do a good job moving people through but sometimes there's a long wait.
