We stayed for our wedding weekend in May, our suite in the Mansfield House was just perfect. We had our reception in the Village Room and we just can't say enough good things about our experience! Everyone we worked with at the Inn was just wonderful and accommodating. They really cared about making it the best day possible. The attention to detail was impressive and appreciated! All our guests raved about the food.

Stopped here for a night on our winter break road trip. Hotel was beautiful and very clean. Spending a snowy January evening in Vermont in an outdoor pool was an experience I won’t forget, and I hope to visit again someday! We were a little disappointed that we called the restaurant about an hour before it closed for takeout and it was unavailable, especially because at that point nearly everything else in town was closed, but it didn’t ruin the trip and the hospitality was wonderful.

Checked in late in the evening before a day of skiing at Stowe Mountain. Booked a king room and check in tried to give us a queen because they weren't sure if the king was clean. Husband insisted on what we booked. Water never got hot in the shower (warmish at best) and a number of outlets in the room didn't work. Provides a $3 breakfast option (consist of what you have at home in your kitchen), total worth the $3 for a quick bite before leaving. Great that parking is on site. Overall an ok, clean place to lay your head after a long drive/day of skiing.

Positive: Enjoyed the overall character of the Inn. The room I stayed in, Room 239, was fantastic. Linens and bath towels were luxurious. I liked the sustainability efforts of this Inn as well. The Whip restaurant was amazing. My server was flawless. Negative: I'd have appreciated a small coffee side table between chairs in this room.
