Nice campground, bathhouse freshly painted, however, they could take up the mats in the shower & clean underneath them would be helpful. I would definitely return for another trip.

Not a bad place, but not great. The Brook, well, lets just say there isn't any gold in it, that's being polite since although I was camping along it there was nothing but weeds and thicket so I couldn't even see the water. There were some sites that were tent only that had better visibility to it, but I was told I couldn't camp there with my fully self contained camper because there was no hookups, see the oxymoron there? Camping river side is not illegal, its only illegal for a campground to run septic alongside it. That said, the people are friendly and nice, always a good thing. They did warn me my campsite was by the road and that there would be cars, but honestly I felt a little deceived because there were more than cars going by there were trucks of all sizes, and it was a busy road, rt 100. Another weird thing is that I camped with another couple who had their own camper, I requested 2 sites next to each other but was told it was impossible, yet the place was almost empty the entire weekend and there appeared to be numerous alternatives for us to camp side by side. My final recommendation would be to seek out another place, use this as a last resort spot, it will do just fine, but honestly its too close to the road and traffic is zooming by all day and night.

On the expensive side but in good location. Lots of grass so your not parked on sand or gravel. Well maintained and no junk RVs. Wifi works some of the time and good over the air TV. The worst thing is that two sites use the same utility's in the middle. One backs in and the other pulls straight in. This put your neighbor very close. Staff are polite and friendly.

Wow, what an awesome campground! Highly recommend staying here if you are going to Stowe, first of all the location is a 10/10, it is 10 mins or less to most everything (Downtown Stowe, Trapp Lodge, MTB trails), and also right by Waterbury. Will definitely stay here next time in Stowe. Also, their WiFi works great! Huge perk since we work remotely! It’s a small campground so you don’t feel packed in and there is a lot of open space to walk your dog, also the staff was friendly by waving but I never even had to interact with them because it’s contactless check in and it’s honestly so easy that way!
