The automated phone system is garbage and out mail lady shoves packages too big in the mail box so I’ve been having to crush all my boxes to get them out

Mail man refuses to deliver packages to house , he literally shoves them in the mailbox with no room for anything else leaves the lid open so anyone can see or he uses a rubber band and opens the lid ties the rubber band around packages and leaves the package sitting on the lid! Post master refuses to do anything to the man for his lazyness!

On more than one occasion they lied about attempting delivery. The package I was waiting for is time sensitive and I have been waiting for it all day, never left home. The ones that deliver early in the day are great but if I don't receive my package by noon, I know I won't be receiving it that day, even though it may be guaranteed by the vendor.
