Thieves!! USPS was kind to hold my Amazon package for ransom all because they decided the my stoop which they’ve delivered to before wasn’t safe for delivery. Went the next day to the post office to pick up they demanded $58 to pick up. There greedy little thieves. I refused to pay so now I have to get a refund from Amazon because of the conniving United States Postal Service

The customer service can use some serious improvements. Patience is key when working in a facility like this, and the Staff here isn't patient at all. They'll snatch things from your hands, talk to you as if you have a learning disability. ( if youre elderly or Foreign) Mucky attitude to add to it, rolled eyes and smacking of lips is a common reaction if things are taking longer or misinformation is being passed accidentally. Noone in there EVER smiles or welcomed greetings. I would suggest going to a different facility for your services.

Woman at the front was rude and unfriendly although did explain throughly what I needed to do. Did not appreciate being spoken to like I should already know what I’m doing in a rude tone. Customer service should be better.
