A textbook example of good customer service salvaging a bad situation. We bought a bed and sofa set from here. The bed broke the first time we sat on it. It had been improperly assembled, and they sent someone the next day to repair it. They also sent us the floor model of the sofa set we ordered, including a loveseat with a broken arm, instead of a brand new one. We went back to the store ready to return the set and get a refund. Victoria helped us get a nicer one for the same price instead, and it was delivered the next day. She also gave my wife a free decorative piece as well. Overall we had some problems with our purchase but they were very quick to respond and resolve them. The furniture we have now looks and feels great. 4/5 stars.
