At this post office there's a really friendly staff. They have plenty of room. The supplies are easy to get to. Fast service usually in and out within 5 minutes

You have to bring your passport photos already taken, last we got passports done there (2 years ago).

How do i email these people?? My package online says it was deliveres in my box friday at 1157 and its was not

You have to submit a case on the website. Go to your tracking and there should be something to click to start a case. Enter all your info, and a manager will contact you. It might be called "Where's my package" on the site.

Just received a large envelope stuffed in mailbox, it says do not bend, geuss what. Its bent! Its a diploma, what option do I have?

You can schedule first time passport full service appointment including photo online at usps.com/passports. Photos can be taken on a walk-in basis. The wait for a photo is generally 0 to 10 mins.
