This rating is not about the employees that work here, it's about the service that we get as taxpayers. The kiosks at every post office in this region sell labels that DO NOT STICK. The reason for the kiosk is not to need any assistance. Now we have to wait and stand in line to have an employee tape your label to the box. It is the contract with the label company that has cheated us. NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED!!

Bad, and getting worse. On Friday, I received an e-mail saying that our mail was being held "at the request of the customer." We never made such a request.

Yes, You can. It's fast and give you confirmation right away. They will charge $1 from your credit or debit card. But online change only go through when your credit or debit card adress same as your old address. Otherwise you do manually in post office

Not sure whether reporting that helps, but a thing to do in the future is avoid sending cash. Send checks or something that only your intended recipients can cash.
