Wonderful location, I bought in 2007 and could not have been happier until recently. Be aware that the condo you rent or purchase may house a neighbors air conditioning unit in your downstairs closet. If your neighbors air conditioning unit malfunctions you may suffer unlivable conditions. I speak from experience. My entire downstairs vibrates and hums from my the air conditioner that belongs to my neighbor but is house in my living room closet. I cannot sleep in my bedroom because of the vibration and humming noise nor can I relax anywhere in my downstairs. The Condo board cannot help me. The owners of the air conditioner are indifferent to my situation. The owner has a business fixing roofs but won’t fix his own air conditioner and my quality of living is suffering.
