My order is always wrong as well. To many young kids working (playing) around.
The manager that i had tonight was a straight jerk so i asked for the manager was told hes in a meeting im sry i had ordered 5 sauces i was charged for i wanted them manager said shes not allowed my wife got 2 20piece nuggets and $50 worth of other food i go to walk away from the counter she pulled the race card on me and ranted to other staff members i stood my ground me and my wife both have contacted mcdonalds corp So they can have fun with that. Also got smart with me cause i asked for jim the head manager and owner of this location he was in his office shes like o he not here hes in a meeting. O told her i see him right there can you go get him for me plz she refused other manager male gentlemen came up asked for my receipt it said how many sauces on there he gave them to me is it really that damn hard to do seriously if you ever wanna ask for him his name is jim hes very nice least as far as ive had contact with him since he started managing this location in 09
