Was disappointed by being served my Whopper in a paper wrapper instead..made it messy. Food and staff good. Might consider cardboard boxes.

The employees were professional and fast. The drive thru moved efficiently. The food was fresh and hot. Would recommend for dinner.

The taste has gone down and I use to work here as a kid so I know how the food supposed to taste . The quality and service is terrible. The burgers don't have that grilled flavor like it did back in the day. And the customer service just seems rushed .

If I could leave zero stars I would! I ordered via the drive through. Someone came to the window and repeated my order to me and it was incorrect. I gave it to him again and he asked me to pull over to wait, which I did. When I got home the order was still wrong. Normally I would shrug it off, but this has happened several times. I called the store when I got home and asked for the manager on duty. After holding a few minutes someone picked up and hung up. I called back several times and either no one ever answered or they picked up and hung up. This happened repeatedly. It's not the mistake that caused me to leave this review, it's how it was handled. After many attemps someone finally answered and put the manager on the phone. I explained what happened and he just said, "sorry'. I recognize leaving a review for a fast food joint is pointless because no one checks these, but maybe the franchise owner or someone from the corporate office will see this. We won't be back.
