I usually take my vehicles to this location for service but never again. I call to make a appointment for 4/11 at 2p for a oil change I repeat oil change. So by the end of business no call. Ok so I called on 4/12 around 1230p oil change still hasn't been completed but I was told that the vehicle should be done by 3p. Ok. After another call back and was told that my vehicle oil change still hasn't been completed? What a oil change takes that long ? Absolutely not you have 6 bays at this location at for you to tell me they had a problem with another vehicle totally unacceptable.

Came here like 4 times to get my care inspected (used $10 coupon found online). The guy will reschedule us for the next day, but then there won’t be enough technicians to actually inspect your car on time. This happened twice and the second time we just decided to leave the car overnight. After inspection, they told us the problems and quoted us a price. When we went in to pick up the car, the price was different from what they originally quoted. I will say that the fixes they did were relatively fast compared to the original inspection. However, we wasted way too much time here.

Had the absolutely worst costumer service of my life . Costumer service rep Jessica gave me so much attitude as if my concerns didn’t matter . She kept telling me to leave and go to the other Firestone because they were closing at 6 but actually they close at 7 . Also she quoted me a the most expensive tires after I asked for the least expensive in the store. I made a call under a different name to the store to see if they had cheaper and they did .

Fair. They do passable work. There seems to be a high turnover at this location. They stay busy. The new staff is slow and overwhelmed by the amount of business. Some of the staff lacks personality and borders on condescending. Don't worry, if you decide to wait, the TV blaring in the lounge will keep you entertained.

The customers I have yet to have a problem
Social distancing actively practiced. Everyone wears face masks. Car drop off and pick up available. Techs sanitize frequently and they sanitize your keys before they return them. 👍🏼👍🏼
