Okay before I went in I really didn't think it would b nice but my husband n I love 2 just spend evenings in HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS (even if we are not going out of town, it's our little get away spot) we had a suite on the 7th floor n 2 my amazement the suite was very nicely laid. Would I go back there yes I would from a scale 1-10 I would give it a 8. I can't say 10 just yet it still have some flaws but I could n did over look them. The location is awesome.

It's nice to stay at a place that definitely met our needs and expectations. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great and the breakfast was delicious. The lady working the breakfast area was supper helpful and concerned about our experience, you don't find that too often. The location was convenient to both Camden Yards and the cruise port. When we visit again we'll definitely stay here.

Positive: the location is very convenient from the FBI location in Baltimore. As we have meetings on friday and I love the rooms at this location. I have never eaten breakfast there, but i may try one day soon. Negative: Sometimes the lady on the front desk is a little sharp, but i can handle that. Its a great hotel all in all.

I checked in late to a room just to get rest before getting back on the road. I checked into what I thought was a NON SMOKING HOTEL which I appreciate as a non smoker. The rate charged was different than the original amount. My room didn’t have the amenities advertised. The shampoo and body wash were both out and also a duplicate shampoo was out, requested that the items be refilled so I could shower and shampoo my hair before leaving for the day. Upon checkout my deposit was not refunded due to them claiming that I smoked in the room. This is highly offensive and a defamation of my character. I don’t smoke nor had I. They refused to give me any details about how the housekeeper and housekeeping manager confirmed that the room was smoked in. Poor customer service. I informed them that I could return and show them proof I didn’t smoke in the room and also that their staff said the manager could issue a refund. I was told by one of the managers to dispute it with my credit card company because they won’t refund my money. This is a HUGE INCONVENIENCE I shouldn’t have to spend my time this way. I have never had any experience like this with any other IHG branded hotel.
