Small park with a playground, tennis court, picnic tables and a really short trail. Plenty of parking behind the senior center. It's nice and clean, rarely really crowded

Yes.
It is a relatively large park. It has 2 soccer fields, 2 baseball diamonds, and a walking path, in addition to the Catonsville Senior Center.
There is not cost to get in, it's free. However, it's the park has only a baseball field and a few benches. If your looking for tennis, basketball, or soccer courts, there are none there.

I'm not sure, I haven't seen a dog there or noticed a signage about dogs.
There is not a skate park at Catonsville Park. There is one at Sandy Hills Park.
