I’ve been shopping here for years an have seen employees an management come and go. I do like the updated layout of the store, never any major stock issues I’ve ran into. I’ve never used bathroom an never plan to. In store stopping is never a Issue other then cashiers. I have noticed they DO NOT pay attention to curbside orders, I recently placed an order an received a notification saying that part of my order was unavailable due to stock, I wanted to challenge this email and decided to go in and look for those items that they stated was out of stock before I picked up my order and just as I expected they were in stock! I was able to pick up the additional items that were not added to my order and then I went outside for my curbside pick up and they brought it out. I’ve found myself only shopping here when I have a 20% off coupon.

Always enjoy the deals and they usually have something new to try. Join the big lots and get great discounts and coupons. The staff was awesome today. A cutie was also building an outdoor gazebo..... Stopped by again today! Super nice folks and even got a discount!

I came in do return an item, the cashier immediately said nope not doing it, and shook her head. Then ask rudely where was my receipt, I stated I didn’t have it. And then said I would get back partial what I paid for,Which was fine. Then said no! We don’t return pillows. And with an attitude said take it back to where I bought it from! This is poor customer service and needs to be properly trained on how to address customers. I will not be returning to this establishment with rudeness like this.

They have a lot of furniture, nice stuff for a good price. But the shelves are empty and they are constantly moving the merchandise. Oh and the prices are not as cheap as you might think. If your looking to buy furniture or home goods like …
