I can’t believe this bank. I really can’t. 20 minutes waiting for a fraud representative only to hear the most over used words. “Due to Covid” we are experiencing slower than usual..Bla Bla Bla. And then goes to voicemail. Voicemail for a fraud report mind you. As in someone stole my card and is running rough shot through the state buying up everything….voicemail. Ya. That’s their idea of fraud protection and customer service. It’s time to use a different excuse other than Covid. Come on man…

New program shut me out requiring numerous phone calls and 3 branch visits to fix this new program. I fixed it by opening a Chase acct. They gave me $600 for my trouble

Great place to do banking. I love it. Service is great but anytime you need to do something in person the be prepared to wait awhile to speak to a teller

It really is troubling how there is no person available to answer simple questions via a phone call… and a life-long customer must make an appointment to have basic questions answered. Yet, an 11:30 appointment has me sitting here at a couch in the bank lobby, with no live person able to help for the past 15 minutes or for the immediate future as far as I can tell. I miss Washoe Credit Union/Frontier Financial Credit Union and the live people they had working there. Why do I continue to have my money working for the bank when the bank won’t provide basic services to me? I guess I’m just bored, sitting here for so long without human interaction for a mandatory appointment required by my bank to ask questions of an actual bank employee. Bummer.
