Did not clean very well....I have to clean it again after spending 40 bucks....I suggest you guys go to pump car wash it is cheaper and better than this best car wash....never again and would not recommend to anyone!!!

I had my car washed here every two weeks since I moved here three years ago. I liked it so much that my wife started going. There have been several times that the windows looked horrible, and needed to be redone by us at home. So we still took both cars. Until today...My wife's car looked like our 5 year old niece dried it and put on the tire shine. IT WAS AND IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!! As it is most often when non Americans own a company-they have zero customer service skills. I believe that when you are wrong (and the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT, you correct the problem to continue keeping the business. Word of mouth is the worst business for your business. I have told everyone that I know not to go here and today I am writing a review. The car is black, however, it was brown after the wash. The owner said that it was dust from the air. Well, I guess we went through a desert. The swirls were on the car from when they dried it off with what I have to assume was a dirty rag. There were hand prints on the car. To accuse the customer of being in the "dust" when clearly the black car was brown with swirls and hand prints, it was YOUR fault. They didn't offer a free wash or to redo it. Just told us "Oh well, it is dust. Nothing we can do." Well, there is something we can do. We won't be back, and we will tell everyone we know not to go there.

If I could give zero stars I would. Something has happened to Best Car Wash. The past year new owners maybe? Bottom Their equipment scratched my vehicle. Fully inspected before they took it thru. Used to go to the car wash down by Johnnycake but they scratched my other vehicle so I started coming to Best Carwash. Same thing has happened. Wouldn’t it be ironic that these 2 are managed/owned by the same folks. They didn’t care nor offer a solution. Very short with you and rude. Walked away from me as I was explaining the issue. I hope this helps the next person contemplating entrusting them with their vehicle.

I have been here many times before and every time I would need to be asking to clean certain areas that should be part of the interior cleaning. This time I spoke with the lady at the front desk to make sure to let their crew clean and vacuum the inside right and this is the result. Will never come back again. Look beyond the salt on those mats. It’s like they don’t use vacuum
