You can mountain bike to the cliffs, however it is prohibited at the cliffs themselves as they are fragile. The area is white limestone sand, very soft in some areas.

It is a completely paved trail so any type of bike would work. If you are looking for a mountain type terrain to bike on, this isnt it. Enjoy!!
