Not without a picnic basket
The Cliffs are a refuse pile from the mine and there is exposed metal. I would not picnic or take pets.
There is a pavilion in Koser park in Bainbridge at the trailhead. It's about a 30 walk to the Cliffs. I wouldn't recommend picnicking at the Cliffs. Kinda dusty and dirty.
