There was some port a pottys at the start of the hike and right at the cliffs. The trail could be wheelchair accessible, but not the actual cliffs
The cliffs themselves are not wheel chair accessable.
There was port a pottys at the parking lot entrance. The path was nice for a stroller. I'd say it should be ok for a wheelchair. It is a wide trail. It's a nice trail with neat things to see along the way. However, once your at the cliffs it is steep we left the stroller at the bottom. And let the kids run around. There are areas you need to use caution. It is a true cliff. It's very unique with beautiful views. I hope that helps.
