I went with boy scouts and my dad is the same build. He was able to go just as far as most. The only hard part was the alternate entrances. Otherwise you should be fine

You should be good in most areas of the cave. Use common sense when exploring. Being larger I would not go through the 2 smaller exits, stay with the main entrance to go in and out. It is very dark inside so make sure you have a flash lite (dont rely on your cell phone flashlite) also bring head protection like a hardhat or bike helmet. And lastly have fun!!

It's tight in certain sections but a large portion of it shouldn't be a problem whatsoever. Use proper judgement when exploring any cave or any sort of area unknown to you Stay away from crawl sections of you think that your size may be an issue and you should have no worry at all

No, you shouldn't. I went with a guy who was around 6'4" and 250lbs. He had little to no problem going through the birthing canal at the end of the cave. The inside of the cave up until the birthing canal is decently spacious.
