If kayaking on Long Pine Run Reservoir, you must either have a launch permit or register your kayak with the PA Fish and Boat Commission. 2 year registration is about $18. https://www.fishandboat.com/LearningCenter/FAQs/Pages/BoatRegistrationTitling.aspx
