Is there an area good for kayaking?

The Long Pine Reservoir is below the Abigail Trail, and boating is permitted on the reservoir. The Abigail Trail runs from the reservoir spillway down the mountain, no water. I don't believe you're allowed to take a boat over the spillway and down the stream -- there's a no entry sign.
