I need to go from Silver Spring Station to Tommy Douglas Conference Center @ 10000 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring , MD What is the best way to get there?

I would take the bus, which one?? Not 100 percent sure but I wouldn't take the train cause I'm not sure if it goes that way, but if you can afford it? Then take a taxi. But with all this technology why don't you Google it? Or are you testing people?? You being a local Guide how you don't know? That concerns me.
