Week 5 or 6 of broken back row machine, squat rack and leg extension machine; I've honestly lost count! Been a long time LA fitness member but the equipment at this gym is consistently broken for long periods of time, which is disrupting my workouts. Time to look for another gym unfortunately

I’m giving 3 stars for now, and I’ll update if things are improved. 1. Broken equipment don’t get fixed for a long time. At one point, there were few equipments that were out of order. They fixed some of them, but not all of them. Wouldn’t make sense to fix all at once? 2. Restroom urinal partitions are rusted out, and looks a bit disgusting. I would think that’s an easy fix. Everything is clean except the rust. 3. The downstair fountain water filter indicator shows red. Which states on the fountains itself that it means the filtration is poor. I’m pretty sure the stuff saw the red light. It’s been like that for a long time now. They fixed it once, but it came back to red now. I bring my own water or use the upstairs fountain. 4. Overall, everything is pretty good except the above three items. No complaint on putting back the dumbbell. I don’t fault the stuff for that at all. It’s the lazy customers.

Nice design and layout compared to other locations, sadly, no sauna. Not too crowded compared to other locations. But the dumbbell rack is a complete mess. I find it strange that the labels for the 60 - 100 Ib weights are on the top and the light 5 - 40 Ib weights. Are on the bottom rack. This might contribute to the confusion and I'm not sure what is the safe standard...

I like this gym. The price is right snd the equipment is nice. I am concerned about them not enforcing the mask mandate though and on several occasions I have seen the gym absolutely packed with people. They have cleaning solution and hand sanitizer available for people to use but they need to tighten their controls.
