My drink was not ready so they sent waiting/holding line, 4 different people came out to give me my order but it took about 15 minutes to get the order finished. Four cars were waiting and I was the second in line and the last to be served. Not very good, even though I did order the drink at the register.

Ordered lunch with the app. Drive-thru.The order was correct on my phone but the workers kept telling me that it was not paid. I showed them the digital receipt and 15 minutes and a WHOLE LOT of language barrier later (no disrespect just really frustrating), I got my correct order but looking at the paper receipt I'd been charged double. I had a buy 1 get 1 coupon applied. 😡

I am so sick of the mistakes at this location. I really don't get why is it so hard to get a order correct. I will be contacting the corporate office this time with my receipt info.Whats the famous Lethal Weapon movie saying "They f+ you at the drive thru!!'. We order a simple app order because it's pouring rain. Grab our bag at window, get to our destination 3 mins away and my sandwich is not in bag and the fries are hard and alot of the overly crunchy end of bag tiny fries! They don't answer the phone ever!! So we have to drive back to get the sandwich. I shouldn't have to check my order behind a bunch of adults!!!

Hi. This is not the first time. You guys take advantage about drive thru and put whatever you want in the bags. Today i request a plain burger in a happy meal and they put onions, cheese, creams, etc. For me i request a double quarter pounder an and i got a cheese burger with onions. Where is my double burger?
