Service is horrible and price are much higher than other Burger King. Just paid $29 dollars for two burger & onion rings. Never going back.

All the other Burger Kings in the DMV are way better than this one...👎🏿👎🏿 1. Really slow drive-thru service 2. They don't accept coupons after 10PM. 3. The Drive-thru menu isn't even lit so you can see it at night. 4. They never have any of the advertised promos or specials. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would...😑.

I went to the drive-through, just before 10:30am, and ordered the 2 for $4, sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits (love them - best breakfast sandwich in fast food). Paid and got the bag. But when I pulled a sandwich out of the bag, it was a croissant sandwich. I drove back, and was told that the 2 for $4 doesn't apply to the biscuits. One, I have received that deal on the biscuits at 6 or 7 other BK locations. Two, I should have been told that either when I ordered or when I got the bag. If, as I suspect, they were out of biscuits, just tell me! They did cheerfully refund my money, which mitigates the bad parts.

It's spacious but they seemed short staffed. Took a bit to get my food and one of the guys seemed stressed and rushed to get the orders out so he was handing me the wrong order and a girl had to help correct it. They were friendly though. Food was good and fresh. Update: The girl on drive thru was rushing me and i still got pickles in my food when i asked for none. The older lady at first window was very rude. Didn't acknowledge us at the window for at least 1 min. while the window was open and she was on the computer.
