the 650 dollars is taxes for the card a real legit dr will issue you 1 without charge b/c i got a dr that issued me 1 with my spouse , i dont trust those fly by night drs , i didn't go through 1 and didn't hacve to pay 700 dollars up front , who's the fool , you or the state ? in recreational you pay maybe 30 dollars in state taxes better than 700 , and still have taxes to pay when you buy
No emergency cards. A card will set you back about $650 CASH. No other options that I am aware of. All paid up front with no guarantee you will get a card. If you do get a card, it takes about a month to receive it. Hope this help. Good luck to you both ❤️

I don't know if they do emergency cards I've never heard of that the best advice I could give is call the doctor's you know Google you know who is authorized to do it and call the doctors and see if he can't get her in and see what you can do from there
