The worst experience in the whole world. We waited 50 minutes just to get our food and get out. Burgers were buttered when we didn’t want that. Horrible service. I had to go back to get a shake because it just didn’t go through the system apparently, their were some nice ladies working there though.

First time ever trying! Food was hot and tasty! Shakes are a must-have. The drive-thru speaker wasn’t loud enough and, as the only customers, the order took longer than it should’ve.

The update makes steak n shake feel way more modern and approachable. Would recommend eating in. I like it better than having a waiter that could be slow. Food was good as always
