The total cost was …This person has a fake name to go along with her fake review. I asked her why she didn't contact me to express her feelings. Had I known that she was unhappy with a product, I would gladly have replaced it or given her a full refund on the purchase of that item. It is extremely rare that we get a negative reaction regarding our quality and service. Most of our customers are high caliber people who appreciate what we offer.
