Came here since they opened with same ID with a small chip in it. You can see my name, age, face, and it scans. Always held me up to get it double checked. Now they tell me I can't use it. Wasted almost 20 dollars in gas to get refused to a place I've been going to since they opend. Spent thousands of dollars there. The lady before was always rude to me. This place is a joke. I'll be going somewhere else.

Great experience everytime i visit . But sometimes I feel like my products are tampered & dabbled in . Today took a little while wait & my safety seal on one of my products was broken & open half way. Very odd , maybe need better caretakers for the products .

I used to not really care for this location but as of the past 6 months I do believe they have new owners or/and management and it shows! The prices certainly reflect fairness and most employees have a positive attitude! Being on a budget and finding good products is very important to me and now, I feel that I can afford to go to Ascend now and feel comfortable when I leave instead of feeling anxious and worried over how much money I just spent on my medication. I do hope that they only get better as each day progresses, growing each day into a very respectfully considerate and honest business! I do hope one day that they have a nice loyalty rewards program that I can take advantage of! It is very nice to have an option as nice as I do with Ascend!
