It depends on where your going. When you Google oxbow park it normally takes you to the park that you have to pay and it closes at 7. If you go to the Lewis and Clark/ Oxbow park you don't have to pay and people camp all around there. Instead of getting off a the marine exit. Go past that exit to the next one Lewis and Clark/Oxbow park. Hope this helps. I did the sane thing.
Metro has modified it hours at Oxbow Regional Park. The campground remains closed until further notice.
The park closes at dusk, and all day use users are kicked out. Those camping at the park may stay, but the gates will close behind you if you leave.
Most campsites in Oregon are closed at sunset right now.You will have to check with the Oregon forest service to find a park that has campsites open
