Nice little park on the south end of Gresham with a breathtaking view. Beware though, there is a long driveway to hike up. There is a small area to drop people off up top where the handicap parking is.
Sambo Pan
Hogan Butte is a great endpoint if you're hiking Gabbert Butte nearby. View is peaceful and quiet. Worth the hike and exercise. Will come again.

It was a nice little paved path. A pretty view, and a quick loop for an easy morning walk. Headed up from the general parking is a steeper hill but it's nothing bad.

Yes there is a couple of higher benches also that sit in the sun with a roundabout style walk path at the top and lots to look at!!!!
Yes, there is ADA parking at the top, and the grade of the walkway should be acceptable for motorized wheelchairs as well.
Yes. There's even a water dish at the bathroom.
