No, sorry, there are not smaller portions of chicken alfredo, we do have children's menu but the alfredo is not on it. The Italian sampler comes only with 3 set items as you will see on the menu

I think they have lunch size portions

Im not sure about how many choices u can choose on the create a sampler, but i do believe that u can order the chicken alfredo from the kids menu which would b the only smaller portion that they would have of the chicken alfredo, but the chicken alfredo just happens 2 b 1 of my favorite meals that they serve, and yes it is kinda large but i always take home what I cant eat and its just as good when reheat it up, just put a wet paper towel on top of it. Its a trick i learned from my grandma when reheating up noodles, and it works excellent!#
