normally we get chili's fairly often, but our recent experience has turned us off for a bit. it wasnt very busy at all when we went, so we sat right away. our waitress was training another waitress.... not very well. all of our food was brought out by kitchen staff....where were either of those waitresses? we ate our entire meals without seeing the waitresses again. we would have liked refills, had our empty glasses on the edge of the table, but nobody came to check on us 🤷‍♀️ ordered the dip trio & the queso & queso with meat were both room temp/cold. got a quesadilla as my entree which was fantastic, until it had a hair in it.

Review Update: This picture was taken during our dinner the other night, this was a Triple Dipper platter straight from the kitchen. For $14 I was expecting more than 4 fried pickles. This was a very sad amount of food for the price. I really like Chilli's so this is tough for me. The waitresses seem to be trying so hard to get things right. Lately the food has been coming out incomplete and the service has been slow. Yesterday's visit the lava cake was missing it's chocolate top, our drink order was wrong, burger had sauce that was asked to be omitted. Bummer for the price of service and the 40 minute wait due to being understaffed.

This was our first time ever going to a Chili's. We arrived for a late lunch on Saturday afternoon, around 1:00pm. Masks are required until you are seated, and they are doing every other table for seating. The wait was either 20-30 minutes, or we could eat at the bar. Luckily they had room at the bar so we chose there. We ordered our food and I went to the bathroom. I almost slipped on the floor near the kitchen. I looked down and the floor was black with this slick grease. I had to clean my shoes when we got home. This was a huge turn off. I got back to the bar and it took a total of 30 minutes to get our food from when we ordered it. They must be short staffed, because the restaurant was only at 50% capacity. We both ordered the Honey-Chipotle Crispers® & Waffles. This included crispers on top of Belgian waffles. Topped with bacon, jalapeños, ancho-chile ranch. Served with fries & honey-chipotle sauce. The serving was generous, I only ate half. My fiancé ate his whole plate. The French fries were cold when they arrived, so we didn't eat them. The crispers were nice, crunchy but had sauce on them. They had fresh green onions on top, which was a weird flavor with the waffle combo. The waffles were not good, they were dry and hard. Instead of syrup, there was this hard burnt brown sugar like crust on some of the pieces, which wasn't good. There was supposed to be ancho-chile ranch on the meal, but it was only a few drops here an there. I wish I would have asked for it on the side. Overall, we didn't feel too good after the meal. Either the heavy ness of it or something else, not sure. Overall wasn't a good experience and I don't think we will go back.

My husband and I went for a late lunch. The hostess was nice and we were seated right away. Our server came to our table right away. He didn't introduce himself, we don't even know his name. He was nice but could have been more enthusiastic. We ordered drinks right away. I got the blackberry margarita, my husband got a soda. The margarita was delicious but the price was not. We ordered burgers. I got the southern smokehouse burger. It was supposed to come with a side of bbq sauce, I didn't get that. My husband got the old timer, both were served with fries. The burger and fries were very good and large. I only finished half of mine. We always give restaurants more than one try so we will go back. Hopefully with a better server. I would recommend because the food was good.
