All of it has to do with staff and the rotation based on table layout. It can be frustrating.
Im sure since the restaurant has one section open with certain number of staff at that time. I'm sure they don't want to walk all over to find customer's if they have one section. I never had this problem when they are slow or there's not many customers there.

Remodel and also the food has declined drastically
I guess they probably low on staffs but not too sure
