Yes this is a Washington state park. U need the Discover Pass. It is $35 per year and can be purchased at the convinience store down highway 14. You can also buy them at most outdoor stores. This is a WASHINGTON park. Oregon passes and national park passes are not valid. It is also highly monitored. There is a pat station on site which you can pay the $10 day use. It is completely wortg it to get an annual pass if yoy will visit WA state parks more than three times a year.

I do recall a heavily monitored parking lot. I believe you can get a pass there.

If you live in Oregon the annual pass may not be worth it. If you plan on visiting more than three times or three parks, it is okay.

Yes. But an annual pass to all of the parks is very inexpensive.
