Excellent customer service. I’ve been in a few times now and they’re always super helpful. Good deals too.

These guys were very helpful! We were having truck troubles due to bad gas, and they really did go beyond to help us out. I appreciated it and them a ton!

Never have what u need in stock, high prices. And 50/50 that u get the part u wanted. I save money and time just ordering my stuff off of Amazon now. Plus employees, never seems to know a alternator from a starter....best to avoid.

The employees here are very friendly and very helpful. Patrick, Web, Aaron, Joe, Jesse and Mike all work as a team. If they don't have the part or item you're looking for in house, they will call the other Wilson NAPA stores to see if they do. If you need a hard to find part, they are great at that as well as special orders. They were able to find the part I needed for my car and it not cost me an arm and a leg.

Questions & Answers

I need a new transponder key cut and programmed for a 2003 mitsubishi galant. Do u have those, can u program it, what do i need if you can, and how much?

Unfortunately, NAPA is not equipped to program an electric transponder key. Nor do they cut standard keys. This service is typically done at a dealership. Depending on the vehicle, some will allow you to program it yourself if you already have 2 keys and need a 3rd. You can find this info and steps in your owners manual if the vehicle is equipped to do so. If not special equipment is needed that the dealer has.

What is the price for an Isuzu trooper 1994 starter

Lol, it's not $19,000. My boyfriend works at NAPA. Go in and ask. They meed.mlre than just make, model, and year. They also need to know the vin number so if they have to contact the dealer, they can give them the information required. They also need to know what size engine, manual or automatic. He's looking it up nd he says it's $103 with the bucket deal. Did someone look it up for you? He says he remembers looking up the exact same one up today.
